We believe micro mobility will be important part of sustainable transport. That’s why we focus on developing electric vehicles and battery packs in European L category.
We define target segment and customer profile after throughly investigating benchmark vehicles.
After clarification of basic dimensions we continue with packaging and concept design.
We work together with our partner companies for industrial design.
Our capabilities include mechanical design by Catia and Solidworks.
On the electronics side we design our own BMS and VCU hardware and embedded software.
At prototyping stage we use 3D printing technologies and design our own welding jigs. We get supplier support whereever necessary, like laser cutting and bending operations. We also work close with coating and painting suppliers in case required at this stage.
